First class is always FREE! Be sure to register online and sign the waiver before attending class.

We do offer 10% military discount to active duty or a spouse of a active duty. Must show a current active duty card to owner.

Monthly Membership

-Unlimited Strides Membership: Get unlimited access to Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360, and Body Boost Monday-Saturday classes in either location. ( 24-26 classes a month)

-5 Class Mini Membership: is for the moms that can come a once a week

Mini Body Well $189 • Unlimited visits for 5 weeks • Enjoy a smaller session of our Body Well program.

Body Well-Hold my spot $50 • Unlimited visits for 4 weeks • This is a NONREFUNDABLE deposit to hold your spot in our upcoming 8 week Body Well program or our Mini Body Well. Pay $50 that will go towards your total amount. If for whatever reason you can’t do our session you will lose your deposit. NO defends for the Body Well Deposit
