Terms and conditions for Body Well-Hold my spot

When I buy the $50 deposit to hold my spot for the upcoming 8 Week Body Well session or the Mini body Well session, I understand that it is NONREFUNDABLE. The $50 will go to my upcoming payment for the Body Well Full or mini program. This deposit is only good for the upcoming Body Well full or mini session and can not used for Future sessions if this miss the upcoming session. If I choose to pull from my saved spot with body well I will lose the $50 dollar deposit. This deposit is NOT transferable to any of our other programs and is non-refundable. Payee understands this and will sign our terms below.
